Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Vetly. Vetly files factual disputes with Equifax Canada, TransUnion Canada, and furnishers. It does not promise a score change, a deletion, or any other credit outcome.

Who may use Vetly

You must live in a Canadian province or territory other than Quebec, be the consumer named on the credit files, and have capacity to contract. Quebec is not available. Selecting another province to avoid that exclusion is a breach of these terms.

Mailbox and computer

After sign-in you receive a mailbox on usevetly.com and a computer you can open. The mailbox is how packs are sent, codes and PDFs arrive, and follow-ups go out. Your sign-in email is not that mailbox.

Credit report

You must pull your own credit report and upload the PDF. That step cannot be skipped. Sending from the mailbox stays closed until the report is in. Identification and the report itself are never emailed.

What Vetly files

After the report is in, Vetly may file with Equifax Canada, TransUnion Canada, and the furnisher. Identification is filed with Equifax Canada only. It is not emailed and not shown in this product.
