Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 August 2026

This policy describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, and transferred when you use Vetly. It is written for PIPEDA and, where they apply, provincial consumer reporting statutes. Quebec residents cannot use the product.

What we collect

  • Sign-in name and email
  • Assigned mailbox on usevetly.com
  • Province of residence
  • Express consent and US-transfer consent
  • The credit report you upload
  • Files and mail needed to file the dispute

We do not show identification documents in this product. We do not preview your credit report on screen.

Why we collect it

To confirm where you live, record consent, file a factual dispute, and follow up. We do not use this information to sell credit repair or to promise a score change.

United States transfer

Login identity is stored in Ohio. Google and Slack may process some of this work in the United States. Those transfers happen only after you give express opt-in consent, except for the login itself which is created at sign-up. The US-processing box is not pre-checked.

Mail and identification

Identification does not go out over email. Credit reports do not go out over email. Your mailbox at usevetly.com is for the filing work, not for sending identification.

Your choices

You may refuse consent, in which case Vetly will not file. You cannot require Vetly to email identification or a credit report.
